Notificado el fallo y vencido el término anterior el presidente del Tribunal remite inmediatamente el informativo correspondiente al superior para ante el cual se apela a fin de que decida en segunda instancia. En caso de que el fallo no fuere apelado dentro del término previsto, se considerará ejecutoriado para todos los efectos legales.
