El usuario operador de una Zona Franca Industrial Tecnológica, además de desarrollar las actividades de promoción, dirección y administración de la Zona, deberá incluir dentro de su objeto social el desarrollo científico y tecnológico, de conformidad con lo señalado en el Decreto 591 de 1991.
