Legalízase el crédito extraordinario de $ 12,120, abierto al Presupuesto Nacional de Gastos de 1910, con imputación al Departamento de Hacienda, capítulo 44, artículo 256 A, para atender á los gastos que se ocasionen en la administración de las Rentas de Licores y Degüello en el Territorio de la Intendencia del Meta, de que trata el Decreto Ejecutivo número 427 de fecha 9 de Mayo de 1910, publicado en el Diario Oficial número 13996.
