Obligaciones de la sociedad administradora. Las obligaciones de la sociedad administradora y de su Junta Directiva serán las previstas en los artículos 51 y 52 del presente decreto. Cuando se haya contratado un gestor profesional corresponderá a este la elección de los miembros del Comité de Inversiones. El alcance de las obligaciones de la sociedad administradora será el previsto en el artículo 50 del presente decreto.
