De la partida global apropiada en el Capítulo 0917 - financiamiento a cargo del Ministerio - Programa VIII, institutos de ciegos, sordomudos, asilos, orfanatos y otros, artículo 9357, "para auxiliar asilos, orfanatos, patronatos, dormitorios, gotas de leche y demás instituciones similares para protección social, según distribución que se hará de acuerdo con las necesidades, en el año", del Presupuesto para la vigencia fiscal en curso, hácese la siguiente distribución:
