º El Fondo Rotatorio del Ministerio de Justicia, continuará atendiendo el recaudo y destino de los ingresos provenientes de los derechos por registro de instrumentos públicos y otorgamiento de escrituras destinados a la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro de que trata la Ley 55 de 1985 y de los recursos correspondientes a los depósitos judiciales, cauciones y multas de que trata la Ley 11 de 1987, de acuerdo con los objetivos señalados por estas leyes en lo que corresponde a la Rama Jurisdiccional.
