LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo 2.2.3.1.6.14. Negación de la solicitud. Negada la solicitud de reconocimiento de la condición de refugiado y ejecutoriada la decisión, se comunicará a la Unidad Administrativa Especial Migración Colombia, entidad que cancelará el salvoconducto vigente y emitirá uno nuevo hasta por el término de treinta (30) días calendario, tiempo en el cual la persona deberá salir del territorio nacional o sujetarse a las normas y medidas migratorias correspondientes.
