Al área forestal protectora que se declara por este Acuerdo, deja a salvo los derechos adquiridos por particulares con anterioridad a su vigencia, pero en cuanto a su ejercicio, tales derechos estarán sujetos a las disposiciones del Decreto-ley número 2811 de 1974 y demás normas concordantes.
