La rentabilidad de los recursos del Fondo Nacional de Pensiones de las Entidades Territoriales, Fonpet, que administre la Dirección General de Crédito Público y del Tesoro Nacional del Ministerio de Hacienda y Crédito Público, conforme al presente decreto, no se tendrá en cuenta para efectos del cálculo de la rentabilidad mínima de que trata el numeral 5 del artículo 7 º de la Ley 549 de 1999 y sus disposiciones reglamentarias.
