En lo no previsto en este Decreto, los clubes con deportistas profesionales se someterán a lo dispuesto en el Título XXXVI del Libro Primero del Código Civil sobre las personas jurídicas y a los Decretos 2845 y 3158 de 1984 y 380 de 1985.
