El auxilio de que trata esta Ley se entregará a una Junta integrada por el Presidente del Concejo de Andes, el Tesorero del Municipio y una persona honorable del Corregimiento de San José nombrada por la Gobernación de Antioquia. Esta Junta llenará los requisitos necesarios para recibir el auxilio.
