Revocación de la licencia. La autoridad ambiental podrá revocar la Licencia Ambiental para todas o para algunas de las fases de la operación minera por el incumplimiento grave y reiterado de las obligaciones ambientales del explotador de acuerdo con los procedimientos previstos en la normatividad ambiental vigente.

Artículo 211. Revocación de la licencia.
