La declaración de nulidad a favor de un litigante no aprovecha a los otros, pero si la actuación hubiere de retrotraerse, se suspenderá el asunto con relación a ellos hasta la respectiva reposición. No obstante, a los otros litigantes se les reconoce el derecho, si llegare el caso, de producir contrapruebas.
