°. DE LA SUSCRIPCION DE ACCIONES . Las acciones ordinarias no suscritas en el acto de constitución y las que posteriormente emita la sociedad de economía mixta serán colocadas de acuerdo con el reglamento que con tal fin apruebe la junta directiva, el cual se expedirá con sujeción a las normas del Código de Comercio y demás disposiciones pertinentes y, si a ello hubiere lugar, se someterá a la aprobación de la respectiva Superintendencia.
