º El Secretario Tesorero de la Junta llevará sus cuentas, de conformidad con las disposiciones y reglamentos de contabilidad. Las erogaciones las hará sobre las cuentas visadas por el Presidente, previas las formalidades acordadas por la misma Junta, y rendirá las cuentas ante la Corte del ramo, en la forma y términos establecidos por las leyes fiscales y reglamentos sobre la materia.
