La entidad o autoridad competente para el trámite y expedición de la licencia liquidará en el momento de radicación del proyecto o de su aprobación, según sea el caso, los impuestos a que haya lugar. Si no se pagan los impuestos correspondientes dentro del plazo que se establezca, se procederá a su cobro por vía coactiva.
