T. C., con la suma de cincuenta mil pesos ($50.000) moneda corriente para la celebración del IV Congreso de esa Confederación, que se efectuará en la ciudad de Tunja durante los días 17 a 20 de enero de 1952.

Parágrafo

Si esta, partida no se incluyere en el Presupuesto de la presente vigencia, el Gobierno hará el traslado correspondiente.
