Art. 1°. Desde la publicación de la presente ley habrá en cada una de las Cámaras del Congreso una Comisión reglamentaria denominada "de recompensas", la cual durará todo el tiempo de las sesiones de cada Legislatura, y sus miembros serán nombrados por el voto dela mayoría relativa de cada Cámara en esta forma:

La Comisión del Senado se compondrá de cinco miembros, y para elegirlos se votará solamente por tres Representantes declarándose elegidos a los cinco que obtengan la mayoría relativa.
