Ley 2 de 1935 · POR LA CUAL SE HACEN UNAS CESIONES A LOS MUNICIPIOS DE NEIVA, GIRARDOTA, USAQUÉN, SIMACOTA Y GIRÓN Y SE ORDENA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE UNA OBRA

Cédese gratuitamente al Municipio de Simacota, en el Departamento de Santander, los derechos que posee la Nación en los terrenos denominados Montuosa , ubicados en jurisdicción del expresado Municipio de Simacota.

El valor de los derechos cedidos en virtud de este artículo, lo aplicará la ciudad de Simacota a la construcción del acueducto municipal y al establecimiento de una planta eléctrica para el servicio de la población.

Parágrafo

Una vez que entre en vigencia esta Ley, el Gobierno Nacional procederá a otorgarle al Municipio de Simacota la correspondiente escritura de cesión de los derechos enunciados en este artículo.
