º. La inversión en Títulos de Tesorería -TES- Clase "B", podrá liquidarse anticipadamente sólo con el fin de atender compromisos de gasto, que deberán ser ejecutados dentro de los cinco (5) días hábiles siguientes a la liquidación de la inversión. No obstante lo anterior, dichos recursos podrán permanecer en cuenta corriente bancaria, depósitos de ahorro o certificados de ahorro a término, por un tiempo superior a los cinco (5) días indicados en el inciso anterior, cuando así se convenga como reciprocidad a la prestación de servicios, en los términos del artículo 3º de este Decreto.
