El infractor desde su vinculación al informativo, tendrá derecho a nombrar un vocero; que será un Oficial de las Fuerzas Militares en servicio activo de cualquier grado quien podrá actuar desde el momento de su posesión ante el funcionario investigador en todas las diligencias. En caso de que el acusado no nombre vocero, el funcionario investigador lo designará de oficio, sin perjuicio del derecho de aquel para nombrarlo posteriormente.
