° Las autoridades aduaneras de San Andrés y Providencia abrirán un índice alfabético de las personas que visiten las Islas, y cuando comprueben que un viajero ha violado las disposiciones del artículo 42 del Derecho 0445 de 1960, procederán al decomiso administrativo de todos los artículos nuevos que pretenda introducir al territorio continental de la República.
