Art. 124. La Asamblea electoral deberá reunirse a las diez del día citado y se instalará y funcionará con los miembros que concurran. Nombrará un presidente, un Vicepresidente y un Secretario. Este puede ser o no elector.

Hechas esas elecciones, el Presidente prestará el juramento legal en presencia de la Asamblea y lo exigirá individualmente a los otros miembros.
