ARTICULO 1o . La Fiscalía General de la Nación, forma parte de la Rama Judicial y tiene autonomía administrativa y presupuestal. Está integrada por el Fiscal general de la Nación quien la dirigirá, los Fiscales Delegados, funcionarios y empleados de la Fiscalía.
