Renuévase la consagración oficial de la República de Colombia al Sagrado Corazón de Jesús por intermedio del Excelentísimo señor Presidente de la República o un representante suyo, ceremonia que se verificará el día en que la Iglesia Católica celebra esa festividad religiosa en el próximo año de 1952, de acuerdo con su Liturgia.
