El auxilio votado en el artículo 4° de la: Ley 24 de 1938 . se destina a los damnificados en el incendio de la ciudad de Paime y será administrado por una Junta compuesta por el Presidente del Concejo Municipal y dos ciudadanos honorables nombrados por el Gobernador del Departamento de Cundinamarca; dicha Junta rendirá sus cuentas a la Contraloría General de la República.
