Cuando al condenado condicionalmente el caso del artículo 81 del Código Penal le hubiere sido imposible cumplir la obligación dentro del término señalado, el juez, a petición justificada de parte, podrá prorrogar el plazo por una sola vez y por un tiempo no mayor de ciento veinte días.
