Auméntase, durante el mes de diciembre del presente año, en un cincuenta por ciento, los sueldos y salarios de los empleados y obreros nacionales que ejerzan ordinariamente sus funciones o labores en la ciudad de Bucaramanga en el lapso expresado, con motivo de los V Juegos Atléticos Nacionales.
