° Serán susceptibles de refinanciación los créditos otorgados por los establecimientos bancarios que estuvieren vigentes al 1° de enero de 1992 y vencidos a 31 de diciembre de 1992. Sin embargo, no serán refinanciables aquellos créditos que con anterioridad a la entrada en vigencia de este Decreto hayan sido refinanciados previamente por los intermediarios con recursos propios o con recursos de Finagro.
