De acuerdo con el parágrafo tercero del artículo 62 del Decreto Ley 274 de 2000, JUAN PABLO FRANCISCO CAlDERON FlOREZ, no tendrá derecho a la asignación que por concepto de viáticos, menaje, prima de instalación y pasajes aéreos se reconoce a los funcionarios que son designados en la planta externa, toda vez que su residencia se encuentra en Pekín, República Popular China.
