Las liquidaciones adicionales que se produzcan por las Aduanas en virtud de observaciones o autos definitivos de fenecimiento, procedentes de la Contraloría General de la República, pueden ser motivo de reclamos y protestos de los interesados, los que se surtirán y tramitarán en la forma indicada en el capítulo LXXII de la ley 79 de 1931.
