°. Recursos. Los recursos de Fonsecon están constituidos por los recursos que recauden las entidades públicas contratantes, por concepto de la contribución especial consagrada en el artículo 120 de la Ley 418 de 1997, excepto lo contemplado en el artículo 122 de esta misma ley, en relación con los recursos que recauden las entidades territoriales por este mismo concepto, los cuales deben invertirse por el Fondo-Cuenta territorial en las materias allí establecidas.
