º. El Banco Hipotecario Popular gozara de los mismos privilegios que disposiciones legales confieran al Banco Central Hipotecario.

Parágrafo

El Banco Popular podrá cumplir la obligación de adquirir cédulas hipotecarias y demás inversiones forzosas que corresponden a su Sección de Ahorros mediante la adquisición de Cédulas Hipotecarias del Banco Hipotecario Popular.
