Programas sectoriales. Los programas sectoriales de apoyo al desarrollo institucional de los municipios serán formulados por los respectivos Ministerios o Departamentos Administrativo y coordinados a través del sistema que crea este Decreto. Para el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el inciso anterior, los comités departamentales y nacional de apoyo al desarrollo institucional coordinarán con los organismos y entidades de sus respectivos niveles, la ejecución de las acciones que se definan en los programas sectoriales.
