ARTICULO 67 . La Carrera de la Fiscalía General de la Nación será administrada en forma autónoma. Para tal efecto, se crea la Comisión Nacional de Administración de Personal conformada por el Fiscal General o el Vice-Fiscal General quien la presidirá; el Secretario General y dos representantes de los funcionarios o empleados elegidos por estos. Actuará como secretario el Director Nacional Administrativo y Financiero. La Comisión expedirá su propio reglamento.
