Ley 51 de 1937 · Por la cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la Odontología

Solamente dentistas titulados, de nacionalidad colombiana, podrán ser nombrados y desempeñar el cargo de Odontólogo oficial en cualquier ramo de la Administración Pública, salvo los casos en que la Universidad Nacional considere conveniente el nombramiento de profesores extranjeros.

Parágrafo

También podrán ser nombrados para desempeñar estos cargos, los licenciados y permitidos que tengan diez o más años de ejercicio profesional, sean de reconocida competencia y tengan gabinete bien establecido.
