Articulo 10 En caso de guerra, conmoción interior o peligro de que se altere el orden público, a juicio del Gobierno, éste podrá tomar las instalaciones para su uso exclusivo, hasta que se restablezca la normalidad, o suspender el servicio, o hacer desmontar los aparatos, sin que en ninguno de tales casos haya lugar a indemnización alguna.
