º DEL EMPLEO DE MENORES DE EDAD. Para que un empleador pueda tener a su servicio trabajadores menores de edad, estos deberán obtener del Ministerio de Trabajo y Seguridad Social, o en su defecto de la primera autoridad política del lugar, la autorización correspondiente, con el lleno de los requisitos señalados en el presente Decreto.
