º Modifícase el artículo 10 del Decreto 895 de 1980 de la siguiente manera: Los grupos generadores monofásicos hasta de 165 kw, para tensiones de 110 voltios y hasta 600 voltios 50 o 60 ciclos y grupos generadores trifásicos hasta 250 kw, para tensiones de 110 voltios y hasta 600 voltios, 50 0 60 ciclos, clasificables por la posición 85.01.03.00, pagarán un gravamen del 50% ad valorem.
