Las instituciones financieras privatizadas, según el artículo 17 de la presente ley, no estarán sujetas a las obligaciones o restricciones establecidas por razón de la participación estatal en dichas instituciones, ni gozarán de las prerrogativas que les han sido concedidas en función de tal participación.
