Decreto 503 de 1997 · por el cual se reglamenta el ejercicio de la profesión de Guía de Turismo de que trata el artículo 94 de la Ley 300 de 1996.

º . Sólo podrá ejercer la profesión de Guionaje o Guianza Turística quien cumpla los siguientes requisitos

Poseer Tarjeta Profesional de Guía de Turismo.

Estar inscrito en el Registro Nacional de Turismo.

Parágrafo

Además de los requisitos señalados anteriormente, los extranjeros cumplirán las condiciones señaladas en las leyes que regulan su permanencia y trabajo en el país, para ejercer la profesión de Guía de Turismo. CAPITULO III De la Tarjeta Profesional y del reconocimiento como Guía de Turismo
