Artículo primero. Adiciónanse los cómputos líquidos del Presupuesto de Rentas e Ingresos del Tesoro de la Nación para la presente vigencia fiscal, con la cantidad de ciento cincuenta mil pesos ($ 150.000.00) moneda corriente, que se incorpora con imputación al siguiente numeral: RECURSOS DEL BALANCE DEL TESORO Numeral 131. Cancelación de reservas en el Balance del Tesoro de apropiaciones inicialmente liquidadas en la vigencia fiscal de 1954 $ 150.000.00
