Los demás bienes que a juicio del Concejo se hagan más productivos, vendiéndolos a censo que manteniéndolos en arrendamiento, podrán ser enajenados de esta manera. Esta venta no se llevará a efecto sino con la aprobación del Gobierno, quien para darla oirá los informes del Personero Municipal y del Gobernador.
