-1. Autorización de la prórroga del término de la declaratoria de existencia de las zonas francas . El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo autorizará la prórroga del término de la declaratoria de existencia de las zonas francas mediante acto administrativo, previo concepto favorable de la Comisión Intersectorial de Zonas Francas y verificación del cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos en el presente Decreto y en las demás normas vigentes sobre la materia.
