Artículo único. En la Litografía Nacional se hará una emisión de 150,000 estampillas de la Cruz Roja, de valor de $ 0.05 cada, una, en todo iguales a las emitidas el año de 1937, para ser usadas conforme a lo dispuesto por el artículo 1° de la Ley 9ª de 1934, durante la semana de la Cruz Roja en el presente año de 1938.

Parágrafo

Los gastos que demande esta, emisión se imputarán: al capítulo 54, artículo 393 del Presupuesto, vigente.
