Referencias normativas. Todas las referencias que hagan las disposiciones legales y reglamentarias vigentes al Ministerio del Interior y de Justicia, deben entenderse referidas al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, si se relacionan con las funciones asignadas en este Decreto al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho. De igual forma, las referencias que hagan las disposiciones vigentes al Ministro del Interior y de Justicia como asistente, integrante o miembro de consejos, comisiones, juntas, mesas u otras instancias de deliberación relacionadas con los temas de competencia del Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho, deben entenderse referidas al Ministro de Justicia y del Derecho.
