º. La Aduana Nacional conservará por el término de dos años los documentos a que se refiere el artículo anterior, para efectos de que la Administración de Impuestos Nacionales respectiva ejerza Ias facultades de control y liquidación previstas en la Ley 52 de 1977 y demás normas concordantes.
