Las sumas recaudadas por concepto de las multas a que se refiere el presente Decreto, serán destinadas por la autoridad sanitaria correspondiente, a programas de fortalecimiento, promoción, educación, vigilancia y control que se consideren de conveniencia para la comunidad en materia de saneamiento.
