ARTICULO 10. Efecto en que se concederán los recursos. Por regla general, en la vía gubernativa el recurso de reposición que se interponga contra los actos administrativos expedidos por la Superintendencia Bancaria en ejercicio de sus funciones se concederá en el efecto devolutivo. Tratándose de la imposición de sanciones pecuniarias, el correspondiente recurso de reposición que se interponga contra actos de esa naturaleza se concederá en el efecto suspensivo.
