La presente resolución rige desde la fecha de su publicación y deroga la Resolución Externa 21 de 1993, con excepción de los artículos 30 y 96 que mantienen su vigencia para efectos de los previsto en los artículos 80 y 83 de la presente resolución. Las normas relacionadas con los comisionistas de bolsa solo tendrán efectos a partir del 1 de julio de 2000.
